Prague Castle view from Petrin
As for the picture itself, it was taken in the autumn last year from Petrin (the hill SW from the Castle) from a place next to Strahov monastery. I usually try to resist from taking pictures like this, because scenic pictures of Prague like this one have been shot million times already...
As for the technical matters, this is one of the pictures that for me justify the use of tele-photo lenses for compressing the depth of the scenery and making the perspective more like we percieve it. It was taken with 90mm lens at f/8 and I think 135mm lens would be even better for the purpose. The rest is just the combination of the film used, the developer and stand developing.
